Neil Schwemm
Managing Director
With a career spanning over 20 years in the IT services sector, Neil has seen many changes in tech and the way businesses operate. Starting out as an IT contractor in London predominately working in Media and Financial institutions, including the Walt Disney Company and prestigious Lloyds of London company. Early roles included desktop and server support, moving into more project and business analyst roles in later years. Neil made the step to build his own company, CHS Networks, in 2001. His primary focus is to provide CHS customers with high quality IT support services and as an IT consultant to business managers.
Craig MacPhee
Technical Director
At the age of 17, 1984, Craig Started his IT career working for a company based in Islington called "Sumlock Bondain" who supplied business computers to companies located in London. At Sumlock Bondain Craig started off building and preparing early generations of IBM & Compaq PC’s for installation at the client,shortly moving on to the field service where he was involved in the initial desktop computerisation of the businesses. In the late 80's, Craig started working for a major IT reseller called Computacenter who supplied IT services to most of the corporate sized companies located in the City of London. During the 12 years Craig worked for the company, he was primarily involved in the installation and upgrade of networks based on NetWare, OS/2 & Windows servers. The next stage of his career was to become a self-employed contractor where he worked on a number of projects including a 5 year Stint in Fidelity investments. At Fidelity Craig met Neil Schwemm (a fellow contractor), and they formulated a plan to start their own IT firm. And so CHS Networks was born!
Marc Wood
Technical Services Director
Marc Wood joined CHS Networks in 2004 as a Junior PC Support Analyst, and over the years has advanced through different roles to Technical Services Director. Marc has been involved in many projects including deployment and migrations of Windows Server, Exchange Server, Office 365, Router & Firewall, Wireless and Switch technologies. His current role involves running the technical services at CHS Networks as well as providing 3rd Line Technical Support to our clients.
